How to request an RMA Number online:
You may request an RMA number at any time by submitting the following form. It is highly recommended that you speak with a Chip Merchant technician prior to requesting an RMA number to ensure your product is defective and avoid any delays in processing your return. You are required to state your invoice/sales number and merchandise that you want to return for verification purposes. Filling out this form does not guarantee an RMA number will be issued. All requests will be reviewed for RMA approval and, if approved, a number will be issued within 48 hours after we receive your request.
